Lost items on ultraxion hc

Details:
We killed Ultraxion 10hc on Friday(january 3rd,2014) and couldn't loot the last 2 items as they disappeared which is a common bug on the server, namely creshe of the final dragons and essence of destruction. You can clearly see the kill in the activity log of my character, unfortunately we couldn't take screenshots of the item as it had already disappeared. The item is a rare drop and was needed by quite a few players in the raid, i can provide other details such as names of players in the raid if needed. ty and help us out please.
