scz ca nu sunt din guilda dar TPM=trusted platform module,incearca sa cauti optiunea in bios si sa o dezactivezi,desigur asta conteaza si de placa de baza pe care o ai,daca nu merge si cu acea optiune dezactivata ai putea incerca un update de bios desi nu te sfatuiesc sa te bagi daca nu ai idee,scuze de deranj si sper ca am ajutat;)

ba,merci.nu e laptopul meu.cel mai probabil e de la hard ca mereu imi zice sa-i fac un backup si sa repar sau sa schimb hardul.ma rog,e problema proprietarului,eu doar i-am pus windows si i-am instalat programele,problema o avea si inainte,merci mult
