Basic crit modifier: 200%, +3% effect = 200*1.03 = 206%

Moonfire dot crit should be: 1978*2.06 = 4 074,68

Obviously higher damaging spells will benefit more.
Agility version of meta gem seems to work fine, didn't test with strength one.

Tested with Devouring Plague dot damage which does not vary .

+ Shadow spec :

Normal hit - 1757
Critical hit - should have been 1757*2.06=3619~ , instead i got 3671 => that's 3671/1757=2.089 .

Yup, pretty much the same results. Makes the gem increase crit effect by ~4.5% instead of 3%.
