low lvl killer

I was doing with some guild friends the nagrand ring of blood quests and there was a rogue named Scriner he killed me several times and i did him nothing back he is 85 i am lvl 68

what my friends did was some pvp yes, but i did nothing to nobody

Noob pvp activates only if u hit an enemy player.

That's not true, PvP activates when you hit an enemy player, also when you buff a friendly player which has pvp on, or when you duel somebody that has pvp on. Even if you heal a friendly player which has pvp on, i think there are many ways to put pvp on.

Yes, yes, yes & no; you cant nothing do about that on forum. It's to many 'tards like that guy.. if everyone wanted to made topic like this one, realm would be dead!
So my advice to you is to remember his name and when you get lvl85 & proper gear find and kill him. /Cheer
