Details: Kafka was a feral DPS on morchok. He didn't announce he was going to roll for offspec on morchok. He rolled for a healer item (Petrified Fungal Heart), and the raid leader / ML Evellyn gave it to him despite others rolling for mainspec and actually needing the item.

my problem is that he didnt say anything until we killed the boss, and then he sad, that dps is priority, and took the leg.. he made 3-4k more dmg then my, and if he would have told me this when i joind the raid, then i would left, because i know that i have low dps..

Info: It was a global FL 10n, boss run, when the boss died, he (as a Maser Looter) rolled the shoulders token, plate wrist, and just added the agi staff (that morphs a regular cat into a flaming one) to himself. It would've been a logical choice if there wasn't another druid and few hunters in that raid. Plus he was stupid enough to comment it on /s

Details: Krathoss was the raid leader / ML. Right after the boss died he looted the cataclysmic neck without asking for rolls.

Details: Farshidz was the raid leader and master looter. Right after the boss died he distributed the loot, and I won but gave himself the trinket http://www.wowhead.com/?item=77204. This can be seen in the pictures. On the other hand, it is also what appears to perform poorly! U low healer

hahah, u put my name on the list... the screenshot is irelevant, it isn't show /roll i won.. the dk reported me cuz i was low dps ,i took the items on roll win, not ninja... then i got discontected cuz lag FFS!! not ninja, till he comes with a PrinScreen with the /roll please take my name off this list

Details: not much to say here , just that i rolled 99 and he rolled 21 , but dident give it to me . i`v asked him for my item but he dident listen . in the end i toled him `im gonna ninja post you homie because you act like a "tramp"

This is actually to report a "counter ninja" or rather - someone who reports a ninja without really realizing his mistakes, or reading the loot rules.

There was a raid with a player (Resto Shaman) named GULF.

Before the fight - the group was told that items were to be given based on performance (not just rolls).
Once Ultraxion died - the T13 chest token dropped.
Gulf rolled higher, but it was given to a warrior who also did good DPS (and had 3/5 set bonus).


The reason for that:
(1) On Zon'ozz, the group actually wiped - because the shaman was not using his cooldowns at the right time - even when he was told when to use it.
He kept making this mistake on EVERY fight.
Examples:
- he was using spirit link when the group was full hp
- he was using spirit link when he was told NOT to use it
- he was using spirit link when a healer was using CDs
- he was using spirit link while Hagara was stunned
--- By the time we reach a phase when his SL was needed, he did not have it.


(2) On the next try, which was almost a wipe - again because he was not using CDs when he was told - he LEFT the RAID GROUP.

He probably thought we would wipe - but the boss died - and he got saved before he got ported out.
He was actually caught lying. He asked: "Why did you kick me?"

Since he was saved, he had no choice but to ask for reinvite.


So those were the two major reasons:
-The first was bad performance - a healer causing wipes because of bad CD usage.
-The second was raid leaving and lying about it.

In the future - try to avoid raiding with him. Good day.
