Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Death Strike should heal you for minimum 7% of your total health.Currently,it heals you for ~10% of your maximum health(20% of the damage taken in the last 5 seconds is lower than that value).
I think the problem is http://www.wow.freakz.ro/spells.php?spell=81138&&name=improved-death-strike .It should increase the healing provided by death strike just when 145% of 20% of the damage sustained in the last 5 seconds is higher than 7% of your maximum hp.The minimum HP provided by death strike shouldn't be affected by the talent.
An example:You have 255k HP and you took 50k in the last 5 seconds (20%=10k heal).10k+45/100*10k=14.5k,but 7% of your total health is 17.85k,which don't get any increase from the talent,so you should be healed for 17.85k,not 25.8825k.

Bug number two:
"Important things to note about Death Strike:

First of all, the Blood Shield and heal are calculated separately. While the healing portion of Death Strike is affected by + and - healing buffs/debuffs, (e.g. Vampiric Blood and Malevolent Strikes respectively), the blood shield portion is not. If you have 100% mastery as a Blood Shield, and have a glyphed Vampiric Blood popped, and heal for 10k without the bonus, your Death Strike will heal for 14k, and have a 10k Blood Shield. "

Issue 1

The only problem with this is that the Improved Death Strike talent affects the "minimum of at least 7% of your maximum health" part giving you a [7%+(7*45/100)=] 10.15% heal instead of only 7% while taking no damage . This in turn affects the Blood Shield according to the 10.15% heal .

Case in point : I have 239000 HP and i'm getting healed for 24310 ( that's 10.15% ~ out of 239k instead of only 7%[16730]) with a Blood Shield of 44730 (my mastery is giving me "184% of the amount healed" , 24310*184/100=44730 )

Confirmed.

DS heal & Blood shield with VB(gliphed) - 34034 heal > 44730 Blood Shield
