Details: (optional) sent them from an alt and they never sent through the mail I got only my gold and no heirlooms. Can I get them restored plz n sent to my mage like they were suppose to be

Really cuz I lvled multiple toons using those y would I lie bout heirlooms if I wanted to lie n try to get somethin free if go for somethin big but seriously heirlooms I was told by a gm to post this and now it seems the gms of this server do t take care of there players let alone there donors
