Description: So I just got Deathcharger's Reins in one of these bags but I already had it, however I can't send the bag to my alt (with the mount in it), even though I should be able to.

Might be because you already opened it, not sure though. Have you tried with a fresh non-opened bag?

the bag becomes soulbound when you open it

I thought that it might be because the bag becomes Soulbound when opened, but the comments on the Wowhead link in the OP say that's not the case.

"Yes, that's entirely possible. Also a very sensible thing to do, to check whether the bag holds something that you'd rather want another toon to have. Just make sure you either have autoloot turned off, or hold shift before opening it."

(note that Deathcharger's Reins is still in the satchel, and the satchel in my bag, but if I try to send it it says it's Soulbound)
