Description: Buful il primesti dupa ce al 2 lea steady shot a atins target-ul,desii ar trebui sa il primesti automat dupa ce al 2 lea steady shot este tras.
Hint/Test: Daca de exemplu dai al 2 lea steady shot(de la o distanta sa zicem peste 10 yarzi),si pana sa ajunga steady shot-ul la target folosesti aimed shot sau steady,primesti buff-ul dar nu iti reduce cast time la spell-ul ce il castezi in momentul acela deoarece spell-ul a inceput sa fie castat inainte sa primesti buff-ul

Se observa cum inca am 3.3 sec cast la aimed shot,eu primind buff-ul dupa ce am inceput sa castez aimed-ul,nu imediat dupa ce am tras steady-ul.

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Doesn't proc vs immune/dodge/miss effects.

It should proc w/e if your attack was missed/dodged or used on immune effects, because it only says ''when you steady shot twice in a row'' ,it doesn't say anything about if it does damage to the target or so,only if you get 2 succesful casted steady shots it will proc the buff.
