Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The last tick of Penance which is already in flight towards the target will consume the Borrowed Time effect, even if Power Word: Shield is cast as to interrupt the Penance from channeling. Please check video below to better understand the bug.

As you can well see, the last tick of Penance which is in mid-flight towards my target consumes the Borrowed Time effect, gained through casting Power Word: Shield, even if Penance was fully channeled or interrupted prematurely.

The thingy that cause this is the actual borrowed time.Some clueless guy reported that penance should consume borrowed time effect and GMs took it as a bug and "reworked" it.I reported it back because it's a mistake made by them and it's still the same....So what actually happens @the bug that u reported is the last tick just consumes it...Because of the issue i mentioned above,i think it would be the same for every tick,just wait them to "fix" back the bug.
