Greetings fellow staff members,

I'm desperately writing to you in addition to try and recover this shoulder token. The situation is rather delicate so I'll try to explain with as much details as possible. Early today, around 4pm server time, me and my guild mates were doing Firelands 10 men Heroic mode.
These players were in the raid group:

Raymanxc, Shockybalboa, Dymatize, Inyoface, Brkwarrior, Nissamore, Ascannia, Biba, Elavva and Oppacow.

After some time and few attempts, we managed to get Majordomo Staghelm down, and then the tragedy started. Raid leader was Elavva, and he is from India, server lag occurred and he and some more players got disconnected, and then they tried to reconnect, they were ingame for a bit, lagged out and disconnected again and again. Raid leader linked them Shoulders of the Fiery Protector that boss dropped, for us to roll, I was the only one to roll, but I didn't get the item, because raid leader got disconnected again. We waited a bit, around 15 minutes or more for him to show up, but he couldn't establish connection to the server. He did managed to loot the token, and it still is in his inventory, but the timer has expired, and he can't trade them to me. Later after that, he still tried to trade me the item, but it couldn't be accomplished, it only puts the token in lower bottom case in trade window.
How server was laggy and we were in panic about loot, I didn't mange to take in-raid screenshot, but I have Recount matter with people in raid, and with target that we were fighting.

I would be more than grateful, if someone could spare some time, and look into this, and if there is any chance, that I get this item transfered from our raid leader to my character.
