Screen frozen when i try to log in

HI , tonight i have done an istance ending it 5 seconds before the server restart.Throne of tides should be , well when i tryed to log in again my character Painxx Warrior Arms wont log in .. the loading bar fills till the end but it stops at 100 and nothing happen , i cant go in the game.Other characters are not affected on this problem so i dont know why this problem .. maybe a bug or idk .I am not a spammer , no hacks , nothing , so im pretty sure there is no bann reason .. i hope u can help me with this i want to improve my pve gear and this is a waste of time for me. y.y

main site -> account -> unstuck character should help
