lost item after crash

Details: (optional) After we kill yor on 10h server crashed and when i log in again my axe was gone and one mage (tirradra) lose his token from the same boss

no, just crash ~20 sek after i give the loot (i was the loot master)

I was in that same raid. Brerawen gave the loot to its correspondent owner as a "MASTER LOOTER" looting system which means no items were first taken and then traded. (The Axe was for Brerawen and the Token for Tirradra (Mage).) 20 seconds after the items were given the server lagged and crashed. After the server came up the items were gone. I have a screenshot of the boss loot if you need. We suffered a similar problem a couple of weeks ago thats why I sarted to make screenshots of every boss we kill and every item we loot. I guess you can also check the logs that day (20th of October, 2014). We are NOT new in WoW so we are quite aware of what happened and I asure you that the items simply disappeared because of the crash. Thanks for the understanding.
