Recover spine 10hc item

Details: (optional) Hi. Unfortunately we lost the loot from spine. It dropped Backbreaker Spaulders, I need them and I should won them because I was main spec (raid leader can confirm that - Harryhoudini). I was waiting for everyone too pass / need the loot and nothing happend. No one get the shoulders (neither the other item - agility trinket for a hunter). I have some screen if i can proove somehow:

I was also there and yeah it got bugged, not only spine also madness the chest wasnt even there from the begginning.

This is 100% true, i was on druid in same raid and its really anoyng when u raiding like 3 hrs only for that to lose spine loot and then try another 1 hr for maddness and didnot get any drop at all. plz fix maddnes and spine loot. geting kinda tired and bored with things wich can be fixed in 1 day

I was the raid leader and ye, this happend.

Off topic: Also later on when we killed madness I DCd and came back dead at the graveyard, switched to FFA before the boss was killed and yet there was no chest at all.
U rly need to take a look at these chests and these despawns or no spawns at all.

Raid leader should make the thread and state which item was supposed to go to whom.
