Not Eligible For Loot Even after killing

Details: (optional) : I was Leading Raid with My Druid ( Guild raid ) we Successfully killed Spine of Deathwing. I opened the Chest and Took Loot For rolling BUT "" Sarany"" paladin won the item still showing " character not eligible for Loot " when i tried to trade her. Here is the Recount Screenshot. It was guild run she won but couldn't pass.

He looted the chest when i was falling after the cinematic and for some reason it said character not eligible for Loot
