Ultraxion loot lost after chest despawn

Item Name & ID: Chest of the Corrupted Vanquisher
Armory Link: Spektrum
Details: (optional): A member of the raid was AFK as we looted the chest so it despawned before he came back. The only valuable item which dropped and we need recovered is the one listed above.
Here is a SS with the item last being passed, yet not distributed.
Now, I agree the member being afk wasn't server's fault but the chest despawning in less than a minute is so here we are asking for the item's recovery.
