It is working partially, please stop posting if you have no idea what you're talking about.

Regarding Chaotic Energy mana regenereation, we need info from retail, please search the internets for some formulas/whatever. Currently without Chaotic Cnergy you have 6000 mana regen and with Chaotic Energy you have 43500 mana regen. Find out out:
- how much mana regen you need to have with Chaotic Energy
- how much does the haste increase the mana regen

Well I haven't found anything official, but with my calculations the rate (ignoring haste unfortunately) would be something about 5% of base mana per 5 sec (without the Chaotic Energy)
With Chaotic energy - 36,25% per 5 sec. These calculations are nowhere accurate, but if You could "solve" this issue at least temporary by setting the rates somewhere near that ammount it would be great, coz warlock would be able to be played normally.

I gave you the link to a warlock who have almost the ilvl like me here
And here are my stats. i can even say mine are better. I will look further for the haste part.

That doesn't help at all because we don't know how much does the haste increase his mana regenereation. Maybe he gets 100.000 mana regen from haste and 10.000 from Chaotic Energy or vice versa or nothing near those values

i know. but i've done some maths (maybe they are wrong). at the moment, i have 43.500 mana regen. the base regen is (as you said and the way i've seen, it is true) 6000. so i guess its 6000+ that 625% regen from talent its 43.500. now i've try to get some numbers from that link i gave you, but i could not do anything, so i guess there is a math fraction that blizz put in hidden. i will look for more info but could not find anything all day..

Nu am gasit pe nicaieri ceva la care se refera la cum afecteaza haste Chaotic Energy.
Nu se poate sa implementati acum partea cu 625% si partea cu cand/daca se gaseste ceva

Se pare ca este implementata partea cu 625%, altfel nu aveai 43.500 mp5. este un bug pe jumatate. mai trebuie formula cu care blizz a calculat haste-ul. desii se poate baga un fix care sa dea un procent anume per haste/level, asta numai daca nu se gaseste valoarea care trebuie.

it appears that we have the base mana regen of 5% from 300.000 at lvl 90 wich is 15.000 and then we add the haste rating from character(maybe all,maybe just a percent of it) multiplied by the 625% from talent. this may be it..i will look further for more info.


EDIT: the formula is. 15000(base mana regen at lvl 90)*1.(haste rating here)*6.25(chaotic energy). plus additional mp5 from spirit when not in combat (1spirit=0.56435mp5)
