[FIXED] [Warrior][All Specs][Spell] Spell reflection agaisnt certain spells

Bug description: Spell reflection works fine, but against particular spells it fails / doesn't work properly:

1. Completely ignores https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=5143, and Spell Reflectul is not consumed. It should reflect only the first tick.

3. Vs https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=15407, it reflects every tick. It should reflect only the first tick.
4. If a mage casts https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=2139 on Spell Reflect, Counterspell doesn't receive a cooldown.
5. Doesn't reflect https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=3674 (shadow damage).
