[DUPLICATE] [Warlock][Resource] Low mana regen

Bug description: Mana regeneration per 5 sec for warlock is too low.
Proof: http://imgur.com/YsRzb83 Here is a random warlock level 85 found on retail armory. I know that all the stats are different now in WOD, but still - he regenerates estimately 5.64% of his mana every 5 sec

Here in comparison is mana regeneration rate of a mage on our server. I know that there may be differences between classes in the ammount of mana regenerated every 5 sec, but there shouldn't be such a big disproportion

When playing with destruction spec, mana regeneration is properly increased by 625% but because of the basic mana regeneration rate being too low, the "chaotic energy" mana regen rate is also too low which is even more annoying, cause You run out of mana after casting few Incinerates and You can't do anything about it (cause You don't have Life Tap)
