Bug description: Dungeon bosses here have lvl 93 which is a level for raid bosses. For example for the Gate of Setting Sun the level of bosses should be is 91-92.

That +1 level doesn't affect anything, just visual. Damages/HPs are already set. If we change the level, all damages/hps/etc will downscale and we will have to do them again

Well the players miss with the spells because we have to be raid hit capped and with the gear we have right now is very hard to achieve that -
but i guess we will have to get more gear then -
