I'm getting some strange functionality with this glyph, in 5.04. In my base cat form I move at 135% speed. Dash increases this to 184% and Stampeding Roar increases it to 200%. Unglyphed, while prowling these drop to 99% base, 135% with Dash and 145% with Stampeding Roar. Glyphed with prowl my speeds go up to 142% base, 193% with Dash and 210% with Stampeding Roar. I'm using an Earthen Vitality boot enchant (8% movement speed, which appears to stack with cat form's 25% boost) and this talent build notably not using Feline Swiftness.
