Bug description: Healul dat de atonement ar trebuii sa poata fi crit si sa aplice Divine aegis.

La 9:36 se vede cum da crit cu ultimul hit de pennance iar healul transferat de atonement da crit si el si aplica Divine aegis pe cel de langa dummy.
Stiu ca e 5.0.4 dar mecanica a ramas aceasi si pe 5.4.8.

Atonement Heals should have a crit chance. I tested with 50% spell crit chance and no heal was crit, which is wrong.
Thanks to this, the divine aegis didn't proc either. Any crit heal received through atonement should proc Divine Aegis.
