[FIXED] [Monk][Windwalker] Rising sun kick - damage increase component

Bug description: The second domponent of the spell :

Quote:

and causing all enemies within 8 yards to take 20% increased damage from your abilities for 15 sec.

doesn't work
I have made some tests with and without using Rising sun kick
Without using Rising sun kick on cd :
31 Blackout kicks
19 normal hits - 31k average damage
12 crits - 60k average damage

With using Rising sun kick on cd:
38 Blackout kicks
22 normal hits - 30k average damage
16 crits - 64k average damage

I have tasted with fists of fury also
Without Rising sun - average normal hit : ~28k
With Rising sun kick - average normal hit : ~28k

So as you can see, the damage increse factor doesn;t work

Note. Rising sun kick should put 2 debuffs on the target
1. the healing reduction debuff which has an icon like warrior's recklessness
2. the damage taken increased for monk's abilities which has an icon like the rising sun kick one

In the following video at 1:20 you can see the guy using rising sun kick and how it applies 2 debuffs on the target.

Strange. Maybe the fix didn't go live?

yep. I alway thought the fix was live until I saw Venruki's stream and saw the other debuff on the target :
Than I wondered why it doesn't happen here ..maybe it's just visual or something.. because it was stated as fixed.
Than I tested and now I'm positive the damage isn;t increased..
