Bug description: When U got Instan PYRO proc and after that activate POM+ Alter Time, when u use PYRO u lose both bufs from a single PYRO. The mechanic should be 1 by 1 that means 4 pyro in row not only 2

Confirmed.

The issue is not with Presence of Mind/Alter Time but with Presence of Mind/Pyroblast! spec.

Casting Pyroblast instantly will consume both Presence of Mind and Pyroblast! Buffs, which is not supposed to do that (Because this Pyroblast is instant). So you can basically cast two instant Pyroblasts.

Bug description: Well, as the known issue as here with Pyroblast, same thing happens with Frostfire Bolt proc from Brain Freeze.

E.G : When you get Brain Freeze, cast PoM and both buffs are consumed from a single cast. You should be able to cast 2x Frostfire Bolts. Sometimes you can lose up to 2x Frostbolts because of that ( 1 before AT, 1 after AT ).

Fixed. I don't understand what does this bug have to do with alter time...
