Bug description: Well, as the known issue as here with Pyroblast, same thing happens with Frostfire Bolt proc from Brain Freeze.

E.G : When you get Brain Freeze, cast PoM and both buffs are consumed from a single cast. You should be able to cast 2x Frostfire Bolts. Sometimes you can lose up to 2x Frostbolts because of that ( 1 before AT, 1 after AT ).

Proof: Easy to test.

If the issue with Pyroblast gets fixed, then most likely this would get fixed as well. I'll leave a link to your post in that thread.

Those bugs are similar but they are not fixed by the same fix, each of them required a separate fix
