Bug description: Every time I open the game it's not saved any setting (addons and some formulars from blizzard ).

re-download freakz launcher and copy in wow destination folder

I tried that yesterday and don't work, but I solved it. The folder with the game had read-only activated. Now it's fine.Btw thanks for answer!
