Details: (optional) It's an item from "Raid Finder Bag: Paladin Retribution" quest. It disappeared from my inventory, probably because i had some done random dungeons from Cataclysm, which might count as a violation of the rules, but it wasn't intentional. Now i have more than 30 Pandarian random dungeons, but i don't have quest nor item.
