Bug description: Uneori, partea de flametongue attack din unleashed elements da 2 dmg.

That's an extra hit that shouldn't happen.
As you can see in your PS, you melee hit the target and then the flametongue weapon procs for 18144 dmg and again for 2 dmg. The 2 dmg part shouldn't happen at all.

I strongly believe it is an Echo of the Elements procc.

This no longer happens since the last fix to echo off elements.
