Bug description: Mage frost - hit capu trebuie sa fie in mod normal 15, l am urcat din curiozitate la 16.3 si tot dau miss cu frostbolt

Imi afecteaza foarte mult dps ul si celelalte statsuri, asa ca sper sa se gaseasca o rezolvare in privinta asta.Multumesc -
