De ce nu a fost macar mutat la confirmed bugs acest report? Eu consider ca este major acest bug, la fel si cel postat pentru divine hymn, da heal doar pe 5 targets in raiduri 25 in loc sa dea pe 12 targets per tick...tot asa zace aici in loc sa fie la confirmed?

The remaining heal from the previous mastery should be added to the new heal from mastery.
- 50% mastery
- 120k heal / flash heal
1st heal -> proc 60k mastery
1. after the first tick of mastery (10k) i heal with another flash heal, the remaining heal on mastery is 50k
2. next flash heal procs another 60k, adding it to the remaining 50K, so the next thick should be 18.33k heal

You considered the buff having 6 ticks, one each second, but that's not the case. The buff has 2 ticks, one each 3 seconds
