I believe if they simply just make certain areas neutral and let people toggle/dis toggle Pvp flag would be fair to both sides. Such as Dread Wastes is a pretty reasonable for world pvp aswell as townlong stepps its all a matter that you can easily level a character 85 to 90 just doing all the jade forest quest and a few here and there in the jungle area and northern part. Let West of the spine be World pvp let everything else be Non pvp and you know it would be great aswell if in dread waste and townlong stepps the rep places have ACTUAL NEUTRAL GUARDS THAT WILL KILL ANYONE FIGHITNG IN PASSIVE ZONES WHERE QUEST ARE. Littarly the biggest annoyance is trying to get my dailies done for the klaxxi and getting Ganked by farmers waiting for BG ques. Its just an idea that could possibly satisfy everyone. Keep the leveling cycle to 90 clean of pvp and the rest of the level 90 daily areas to the west pvp free. Dont let those who want to farm 87 or 89 have their way. Fight the Ganking!
