Bug description: Mind Sear should dmg targets around your target. Currently it also damages your current target (if it is hostile). Additionally, if you cast Mind Sear on a friendly DK who is under the effect of Anti-Magic Shell, Mind Sear will fail (immune).

As of 5.2 this spell should do dmg to the target too, so this is invalid.
Casting this on a friendly party who has immunity (like ams/pala bubble, ice block) should be possible. Now you can't do that.
