No Bag Received. Rollback

Details: (optional) I finished my RDF bag quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=999519&&name=sha-of-anger-bag-warlock then the auto back up came so i hurried back to shrine of two moons to get my reward. then logged out without opening the bag. since the server will be offline for an hour, I decided to go out of town to get my other PC fixed but after coming home to log in. I noticed the Sha warlock bag is missing! worst part is... the quest is not available from the NPC (because i completed the quest). Good thing i took a screen shot of the quest marked as "complete" before the restart.
