Bug description: Nu merge completata,presupun din cauza bug-ului de la debuff-ul "Piracy",normal eu sunt Hated cu Bloodsails,iar acel buff ma ajuta sa interactionez cu ei,mi-i face friendly dar nu pot da turn in la quest,pur si simplu dau click pe npc si nu imi deschide fereastra de dialog.

In poze am vrut sa subliniez ca nu pot interactiona cu niciun npc din acea factiune,nu doar cu Captain Keelhaul.

Apropo: Pe langa asta,nu merge nici functia "At War" cu Booty Bay,pur si simplu nu pot ataca NPC-urile chiar daca devin targetable.

That buff doesn't work (never did)... don't know when it will be fixed, but the quest can be done if you gain some rep with Bloodsail.
Relog, Booty Bay can be set to "at war"... and if you still can't, just attack another faction's player in their base.

Bump , sunt blocat la 52 /60 si nu merge deloc sa vb cu npc de la Bloodsail , am încercat si cu buff de piracy si fara el tot nu merge si când dau at war cu Booty Bay nu merge sa atac (am încercat sa dau relog , am șters cache etc ) nu merge nimic.

exactly the same can not click the NPC, but i pirate buff cap, if is work can get achivemnets and loremaster EK! really!

About the spell, there's nothing I can do... just remove it if you have it.
About Booty Bay Bruiser , fixed at server restart (kill them, rep will go down with the Cartel, rep will rise with Bloodsail).
Each Cartel faction has a specified quest to raise it back up to Neutral (at least): http://wow.gamepedia.com/Steamwheel_Cartel_Reputation_Rebuilding_Quests

Also, NPCs that affect reputation: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Mobs_which_affect_reputation_with_Steamwheedle_Cartel

TIP: best to do quests / stuff with Bloodsail, rebuild rep by repeatable quests, do Booty Bay / other cartel factions quests to raise it to Exalted.

NOTE: delete cache after server restart. Will consider the main issue, the Booty Bay NPCs fixed. About the spell, use the old method (killing is good, pirate buff is bad).

Am încercat azi dimineața sa atac gãrzile din booty bay dar îmi da "invalid target " , am șters folderele Cache si Wtf si tot nu au mers atacați . Debufful de piracy nu il aveam pe mn. Am zis poate e de la magul meu si am intrat pe alte 2 caractere dar tot nu merg atacați dupã ce dai "at warr". A mai încercat cineva dupã fix sa ii atace sau e doar la mn ?

Da, ai dreptate (se pare ca fixul este partial, nu elimina problema in anumite circumstante)... daca ai 0 (neutral) sau + rep, nu merg atacati... nu-mi dau seama daca-i de la faction template sau pvp disabled... o sa gasesc o solutie weekendul asta.

Faction related... made an "adjustment"... speak to the Bruisers and challenge them to fight (this and not neutral/attackable from the start, to remove the possibility of players attacking them by mistake).

@Live at server restart.

p.s.: of course, after getting below neutral, the adjustment won't be required anymore.
