I usually run with (PVE):

Riptide -> [Raid / RDF / world PVE] is our only cast when walking (even though it is positively bugged at the moment) and if you have to move people probably take damage anyway so you are still useful that way.
Healing Wave -> [RDF / world PVE] is kinda .... meh.... I do not have much going for this glyph. The reason I put it in is for RDF where people take so little damage I can spam healing wave and do other things. For raiding I wouldn't use it.
Spiritwalker's Grace -> [Raid / world PVE] is awesome, more utility when walking and sometimes you have to walk a lot or longer times. For RDF it is less useful, since people getting gear means your group's DPS is likely higher thus bosses die rather fast.
Healing Stream Totem -> [Raid / RDF / world PVE] is a nice utility for support healing when walking. With the glyph you can migate some incoming spell damage, at the cost of being more tined on when to use it properly. Remember the glyph only applies to the healed target, not everyone (mostly to save the tank from burst)



I can't answer PVP, but I guess it would be something like:

Healing Totem (+talent to heal multiple targets and heal more) -> utility when dps are on you
Grace -> utility when dps are on you
Ghost wolf? -> reduce movement effects


Hope this helps, and remember: it is mostly about preference. For example, I hate the glyphs that relate to casting Lightning Bolt Telluric Currents (gains 6000 mana, but LB costs 4260 mana) and Eternal Earth. However, if you have issues with mana and can squeeze in some lightning bolts during a fight, it might save you.

Now you need a server restart to test if it actually is fixed. But, I tried my best to report some issues, so enjoy if I managed to get 1 thing fixed (indirectly of course) I will enjoy testing the Primal Elementalist and see if the only viable L90 Restoration talent is now usable.

And I think there are enough healers (=Shaman), but the way the made Pandaria kinda reminds me of WotLK. Mostly spam chain heal, watch tv and blame dps when they stand in fire We even went with 4 dps and me as healer to see if that would give a better challenge, lol.
Didn't do too many raids yet, but for what I've seen the same mechanic mostly applies. Only need to throw an occasional Greater Healing Wave or Healing Surge to keep tanks alive. Would like to hear what other Shamans are experiencing during raids and how well they think they contribute towards the success of the group.

yea atm we just need to wait for tomorrow morning so when can see the results. it should still be better than 1% which was for like 2 months.

Maelstrom is pretty awesome without even running haste build right now , for primal ele well check @Enha topic we should get a post up soon and gather as many info as we can
