Bug description: when warrior kill an enemy with main hand hit of ranging blow and enemy dies after hit and warrior cant hit the enemy with off hand hit of raging blow the raging blow buf will not be faded and warrior can hit another time with that spell

I don't think you can find any proof of this unless someone tests it on blizz. But it kinda makes sense that the raging blow stack should be consumed even if only the main hand attack hits.
Anyway it's not a really important bug imo.

The proc should be consumed after you use raging blow.It doesn't matter if it strikes with both weapons or not.No proof needed here.The tooltip is enough and it should act like every other ability which use a proc(if you launch it,the proc should be consumed).
