Bug description: Nu functioneza corect la Holly Pala .
Proof: La Paladinul meu cu 26799 Spell power dau HOT de 8400 ( http://imgur.com/XIKau8B )

Cu 22000 Spell power da HOT de 23-24k (minutul 9:56) itemele fiind la fel ca si pe patchul nostru daca observati gearul
Reparati ca este un talent foarte bun pentru paladin pentru a strica Holy Power

Aceasta e formula pt hot-ul de la EF 711+ 8.19% * sp

=2905.8|x3
=8717.5

(x3 pt ca 3 holy power)

5.4 changelog: Eternal Flame's periodic heal-over-time effect now heals for 40% more.(nu stiu cum sa testez asta dar probabil nici asta nu merge)
5.4 changelog: Holy Insight now increases the effectiveness of Eternal Flame, Light of Dawn, and Word of Glory by 50%. Effectiveness of other heals are still increased by 25%.(nu da 50% increase la EF)Ret Holy
5.2 changelog : Eternal Flame's periodic heal now provides 100% more healing when self-cast.(la noi e 50%)

Dupa cum vezi in ss am 4k sp pe ret si dau jumatate din cat dau pe holy pe care am 12k spell power , ceea ce inseamna ca fix-urile de pe 5.4 nu sunt aplicate.

Did some research:

5.4 changelog: Eternal Flame's periodic heal-over-time effect now heals for 40% more.(nu stiu cum sa testez asta dar probabil nici asta nu merge)

This works, as per 5.4 build 17124, the formula was : 508 + 5.85% . After that, on 5.4 build 17260 that "508" has been increased by 40% = 711

On the other side, i cannot get that HoT from the video.

Math:

8.19% of 22000 = 1801.8 * 3 HP = 5405.4 + 50% (from holy insight) = 8101.1 * 2 (from selfcast) = 16216.2 + 5% (seal of insight) = 17027

......from where is that 23k ? Maybe from that 40% increase @ changelog , so .... 17027 + 40% = 23837.8

Daca, creste cu 40% din changelog ar trebuii sa creaca si healu dat pe player deci inca 40% la cei 8k dati pe player => 11200 hot pe player

Shokere . uita-te la toate relatiile matematice sa vezi cat ar trebuii sa dai cu eternal flame pe tine si cat ar trebuii sa dai pe target si dupa uita-te la printul meu si vezi cat dau eu pe mine cu eternal flame - 8.4k fata de 24k . e cam mare diferenta
