Bug description: Maul doesn't consume the buff and neither does it apply the Tooth and Claw debuff.
Proof: Can't really provide proof tho, but can be tested ingame easily.

Also I tested the debuff that is applied on the target and it isn't consumed either and doesn't reduce the damage the creature does.
