not sure if lava burst fix is live yet but if it does it might be worth playing an elemental shaman now , warlocks are very good aswell ( destro at least for now.)

probabil inca nu ai sanse pe elemental sa iei warlockul la dps,oricum ai enha ca alternativa,dar pe single target tot warlockul da mai tare.
daca o sa fie fixat affliction,warlockul o sa domine aproape fiecare boss.

My interest is in PvP mainly arenas . Can i go to top ratings with ele sham ?

Elem is rank 1 on 3's (blizz).
Enha is good for 2's.

Both specs are godlike on MOP(top 10-20), but on freakz shamans have some problems..

Elem has 2 major bug yet, Lava Surge and Fulmination, for now elem can't be played in arenas.
You can check the confirmed bugs and take the conclusion.

Ty bro really helped i guess i will gear my sham a bit and when bugs will get fixed i will start arenas.

If Lava Surge proccs while Lava Burst is being cast, it's cooldown doesn't reset despite recieving the buff. You could somehow play with an /cancelaura macro in case this happens.
