[DUPLICATE] [Monk][Brewmaster] Blackout Kick + Shuffle buff stacking

Bug description: Shuffle buff cannot be refreshed. First off it starts with 5 seconds not 6. Second, we cannot stack it to two applications, reaching 11 seconds of uptime (if we count GCD from using a second Blackout Kick)

See how the GCD and animation of Blackout Kick are not even over, but the buff that barely appears is at 5s already, not 6.

Proof that it does not stack:
1st Blackout Kick
2nd application of Blackout.



Had to use Stopwatch, but the bug is there. It does not stack. If there is a problem with the proof I submitted, I'll make a video.

The buff is 6 seconds actually. Blizzard just uses a weird way to display it (never understood why they show it this way). The amount of seconds left is always rounded down. So at 5.9 seconds left on the buff it will show only 5 seconds remaining. That's why you will also see 0 seconds remaining (0.99-0).

Absolutely a confirmed bug, they recently fixed the base Parry to 10% and parry gain from Shuffle, but the stacking part doesn't broken, affects gameplay completely.
