Salut. Am 17 ani, am in jur de 7 luni de sala. ( 1 an cu pauze)
Pana acum am luat Animal Pump(pastile) si Musclepharm Combat Powder.
Am 1.84 si 72kg, asta dupa ce m am apucat de sala si mancat calumea si pus pe mine in jur de 20kg.
Acum dupa aproape 2 luni de pauza din cauza unei probleme o sa ma apuc din nou, am slabit vreo 3kg. O sa mi iau un gainer Weider de 2.2 kg cu 76% proteine.
As vrea sa stiu ce sa mananc.
Dimineata deobicei mananc niste branza de vaci, un sandwich pentru ca nu prea mi e foame dar totusi o sa ma fortez sa mananc.
As vrea sa stiu ce sa mananc, de preferat 4-5 mese.
1 dimineata ? 07
La scoala mananc 2sandwich uri si 2 batoane fitness de obicei.
Cand vin de la scoala ? 3
si inca 2mese, una pe la 6 si una la 9-10.

Pe langa mancare, ma chinui sa mi formez un abdomen calumea de vreo 1 an si degeaba. Am inceput sa l tin incordat majoritatea timpului, dar pe langa asta si exercitii ce ar trebui sa fac ?
As prefera ca dieta sa ma ajute si la formarea unui abdomen "decent".

Mananca hipocaloric si fa mult sport. Nu te concentra doar pe grupele de muschi ale abdomenului, ci pe toate. Lasa sandwichurile, branza de vaci si suplimentele. Trece-te pe legume (inclusiv mazare/ pastai etc) si tofu.

Fix.. 2 cupe ale unui gainer/concentrat proteic bun sunt echivalente cu aproximaiv 1.2 kg de carne de pui.. am crescut in 2 luni cu proteine cat am crescut in 5 natural

Pentru un abdomen de invidiat trebuie sa alergi zilnic, sa faci abdomene zilnic și 3-4serii de minim 25 de abdomene

Exercitiile de abdomen nu te ajuta sa iti faci cele 6 patratele , doar ti-l intareste. Daca vrei sa slabesti sa ti se vada cele 6 patratele mananca regulat si aproximeaza fiecare masa pe care o faci. Cate calorii ai la o masa , carbohidratii , proteina etc.. asta le aproximezi . Cat despre antrenament exercitiile trebuie sa le faci corect , nu prea conteaza greutatea atata timp cat le faci gresite.SI eu am 1 an +3 luni de sala si nu am luat suplimente dar m-ar bate un gand toamna asta s aimi iau dar nu stiu . Mai vad . Sper ca te-am ajutat.

Renunta la pastile te asigur ca nu te ajuta am incercat si eu , din potriva mie mi-au facut rau am zis ca daca stau si lenevesc si iau pastile fac ceva din potriva mai rau m-am ingarasat , dupa am incercat alergat si pastile si stacnam , dupa ce am inceput doar sport alergat,fotbal,ridicari greutati am reusit sa imi revin macar la starea mea initiala.

decat sa iei pastile, mai bine du-te si fa treaba in gradina, da cu sapa, cara diverse lucruri, care o sa iti puna in miscare o multitudine de grupe musculare -

in primul rand ca sa eviti inbolnavirea organismului si cand zic organism bat apropo la ficat trebuie sa renunti sa suplimente ( pastile , prafuri absolut tot ce inseamna suplimente extra ) . Procesul de crestere a masei musculare este un proces lent dar sigur . Alimentatia ta (proteine, glucide , aminoacizi , si calori care ai nevoie neaparat de ele ) trebuie luata doar din fructe , legume , carne ( evita carnea de porc ) recomand piept de pui , piept de curcan , peste , branzeturi usoare . Ca sa poti creste si mai eficient si ca masa sa reziste in timp chiar daca tu iti stopezi antrenamentu saptamanal ai nevoie de testosteron care il gasesti in BROCOLI. BAFTA si spor la traba . : PS : - Sa nu uiti sa dormi minim 8 ore poate chiar 9 si sa nu adormi niciodata dupa ora 00:00 . in intervalu de timp 23:00 - 05:00 dimineata, corpu tau in timp ce doarme secreta testosteron .

Ai pus 20 kg in 7 luni si tu vrei abdomen? -
Mananci prea mult sau iei prea multe suplimente, ai luat foarte mult in greutate in putin timp, eu adaug tot la 6 luni 5kg de masa musculara, numai masa musculara fara sa imi dispara abdomenul exceptie acum iarna cand poate iau mai mult in greutate si ma antrenez greu.

Tu vrei sfaturi despre alimentatie dar am impresia ca minti, la 3 mese pe zi cat ai tu acolo care sunt foarte sarace tu ai pus 20 kg in 7 luni? eu slabesc de mor daca mananc asa putin si ma mai si antrenez

Baga 6-7 mese pe zi acum in perioada iernii, iti dau un exemplu:

Dimineata:
08:30 - Paparada cu 6 oua si 100 grame parizer
12:00 - Orez cu spanac undeva la 200-300 grame
14:00 - Carne de curcan la conserva pe 2 felii de paine + 30 grame salata sau snitel din carne de curcan cu 2 cartofi fierti
15:00 - Friptura cu ceva, pulpe la gratar,Tocanita de ciuperci, cartofi sau altceva gatit pentru 1-2 zile
18:30 - O felie de pateu cu 100 grame mozzarela
20:00 - Un fel de ciorba de care am facut in ziua respectiva sau precedente + adaug 100 grame Soia
21:30 - Ceva peste, la conserva sau gatit, in jur de 100-200 grame, prefer ton pentru ca are putine grasimi si multe proteine

Asta ii un program normal de al meu pentru masa musculara, 7 mese pe zi dar fara suplimente, nu merita banii, nu o sa particip la concursuri.
