[FIXED] [Quest] Cape of Stranglethorn - Piracy

Don't know if this is really a quest issue or more a PVE issue, so a GM feel free to move this if it's posted wrong.

So, after some quests in Cape of Stranglethorn you get Piracy.

Bug description: Captain Keelhaul does not interact, even though he is friendly. Similar are "Pretty Boy" Duncan, "Dead Eye" Drederick McGumm, Fleet Master Firallon, Ironpatch and Garr Salkhoof. Since these NPC do not properly interact when you have Piracy makes it impossible to get Cape of Stranglethorn Quests.
Proof: my mouse finger is broken from clicking (I'm not gonna post a video of me clicking a NPC 100 times).

The buff doesn't work... remove the buff, raise your rep with Bloodsail Buc. by defeating Booty Bay Bruisers, and then you can do the quest / quests.

i did q all without q pirate and Cape of Stranglethorn Quests u can get q 5x Q here , Q here , Q here ,Q here and Q here u will get achivemenets:)

I'm not going to use my time killing BB Bruisers, especially since the Panda launch made all rep (including old factions) way lower. I'm just stating how it should work and that it does not work. You also got the Netherwing disguise working to buy the drakes and do quests in Shadowmoon Valley. I can only imagine this is quite similar.

There is a chain for Netherwing, which works fine, including the buff. The buff for Bloodsail does not, is not a priority... so either farm 5-10 bruisers (or less) or wait for fix.

So I need to kill 5-10 bruisers, sounds easy. Sorry, but it is not. The Bruisers are invalid targets, even when flagging Booty Bay at war. Also, Booty Bay Bruisers give an astonishing +25 Bloodsail reputation and a -125 to Booty Bay (at 1x rates), so the rates are 2x, if I could kill them I'd get 50 reputation and I need.... roughly 27.000 to get them neutral (that's 540 kills, thanks but no thanks).

On a side note: I find the remark of "...or wait for fix." not in place here. These are the kind of comments that make no sense what-so-ever. I'm reporting this as a bug and you start acting like I don't know what. The reason players post is to get it fixed, and these comments make me want just not post bugs since it's just not worth my effort.

I just told you so you know... it doesn't represent a priority issue due to the back-up solutions... and those bruisers, uncheck at war and speak to them to "challenge them" (until you drop below neutral, and the "at war" attack them will work).
