Horrific lag at peak times for most non-romanian players.

I do not even know where to start. Why is the server lagging every single evening for non-romanian players?
While there is not a single complain on the romanian global channel, the en one is on flames. "LAAAAAAAG, 1000K MS WTF, *** U GM". I am very sorry we are all not from Romania, and I don't want to be disrespectful, I love this server and I wouldn't change it for any other, but the things that are going on in the past week-two are making me SICK. Whenever I attempt to do a rdf, raid or anything else around 19h realm time I soon just change my mind and log off. And I am not the only one. I am simply looking for answer, WHY is this happening? Do you not even care or what, since there is not a single apology or announce about it.
Why I am posting in suggestions?
I bring up the courage to suggest a thing many players may not like, while others will love it. Bring back exodus / genesis as they used to be. Maybe that'd be a big step, but then do something other about this, the server tends to be unplayable every now and then, unless afking in shrine is your goal, mine is not.
I welcome everyone's opinion on this, again, don't take anything personally, many people prefer the things as they used to be.

Lagging always during raid time quite annoying we cant raid from 18:00-22:00

Life goes on for romanian people , you can see it on global channel , while its world war 3 in english one.

Was funny because some adds were teleporting backwards , stopped being funny when it lasted for 5 tries tho.

I have lag also arround 19 o'clock , been lagging every Terrace of the Endless Springs raid, if this measure of making Exodus realm will help, i agree with it.

Yep it's annoying from few days ... Between 4-9pm servertime....random lag spikes...very hard to raid....cannot do rdf's..
Hope this thing gets fixed....

Realms were merged because of low population. Even now there's like a single team queued for 3's and it is way easier to find people for different kind of activities now than it was before.

But I gotta agree. Delay and lags are getting out of control. It's ridiculous and it gets even worse while playing arenas. I played a few arenas with some romanian guy today and he told me he hadn't had such problem.

Playing here since Wotlk, days on Exodus were the worst of my experience (hosted on a different machine compared to Genesis / Evolution at the time).

Been there,done that. Altho on 4.0.6 Cataclysm.
Exodus was low pop realm/no pop realm. (Hell it even got DDoS'ed while Genesis was fine)
Lags we're happening on it regardlessly(because of different machine compared to other realms) So I dont really think getting Exodus is good idea.
Lags seem to be "fine" more or less since last night(?) not sure but I'm not lagging. Well I've hardly had lags these couple of days(weeks?) maybe few minor spikes here and there but nothing special,tho it was causing a lot of wipes,qq,raid cancels while it was happening.

Are you still experiencing lag? Are you sure you have a decent configuration for your PC and not misinterpreted lag for fps drop?

Nope absolutely nothing to do with FPS drops. Still keeps happening at Peak times when everyone else is raiding, the weekly reset time I won't even mention because everyone gets lag so that's fair. Every other time during raid times are still horrible.
