Genesis & Exodus. Lag oribil.

Se intelege prin titlul despre ce e vorba aici, si pentru noi international players chiar este o mare problema,inabilitatea de a juca jocul, si nu numai. Vreau sa ma experim in engleza doar ca mi.e mai usor asa dar v.as ruga sa tineti threadul asta pe RO section doar ca,eu, sincer cred ca ar trebui sa reganditi situatia intre RO players si Non-Romanian players si threadul trebuie citit si de jucatori romani ca sa avem si opinii din opus.

Every day, many of the raiding guilds start raiding roughly at around 19:00 server time. The server becomes LIVING HELL for anyone raiding, at least on English Global channel all you see is people complaining "LAG, WTF". Comparing Romanian global channel to the English, ours is seriously a nightmare.

How come Romanian players are not lagging during these times yet international players are? How is this fair for other international guilds during progression when we can't raid because of huge lag? What is causing this problem?



IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RAID BETWEEN 18:00 - 23:00


With no explanation every evening, it just happens, and happens and people get pissed off and log off, or even stop playing here complaining that the server is going downhill.

Exodus & Genesis

Now this idea would require a lot of thinking but in our eyes it would make it a lot better. We understand that this would change a lot of things and could perhaps take some time regarding Character transfers but that's why I kept this poll up. But why not do it when the whole international community is not able to play? Keep the Romanian players on Genesis as it was and return Exodus as an international realm. Population right now is lower than it was indeed but the fact that all of the international players are not able to play during peak times (18:00-23:00) is not going to bring you any more population.

Drastic Changes which could happen if you split into 2 realms


• PvP would fall quite a lot since 3v3 queues right now are dead, and it could become even more dead, same as for BG counts.
  
• International players would be able to raid again.
  
• Nothing will change for Romanian players.
  
• PvE Events on the realms might be a bit unbalanced if there's one dominating guild (But that's why there is a poll)
  
• It is time consuming to get the other realm back and to transfer all the characters there, but in all of the international player's eyes it should be done.

Va rog sa reconsiderati situatia si sa lasa-ti argumente folositoarea de a reconsidera.

I have to admit, the situation is pretty bad for the international people ( even lost some members in my guild , stop logging and crap.. ) .
I would only agree to see this if the problem called "external" would be fixed if we have separate realms , if we will keep lagging and romanian players not even after dispersing the realms i dont see the point.

Also i dont know if any private server ever did this , but is cross realm pvp even a possibility on private servers , because if so and the staff agrees to disperse the realms , cross realm pvp would be a solution for the pvp issues that the disperse will cause.

I asked many players ingame after ive swapped to romanian VPN , no one of them was lagging , did same on teamspeak with people from various romanian guilds the only answear ive got were "nu fra" "n-avem lag" , also when i swapped to romanian VPN i lost all my lag , maybe sometimes the server lags for everyone yes i agree , but i am talking about the last 7 days ( maybe 4 days out of the 7 ) only non romanian players were lagging / getting disconnected @hours which Sasha mentioned.

Cu oricine vorbesc intre orele astea de raid sincer nu aud pe nime zicand ca au lag si ca nu poate sa faca raidul, cam trist asa.

It doesn't matter what we want, cuz even if you can gather over 500 "yes" vs 10 "no", it won't chance anything, it's not our decision to make and if a gm will be like "you have to deal with the situation cuz potato, post closed". What are you saying here's true, anyone who doesn't use a Romanian IP has lag, but I don't know how much a post like this will help, nice intention thou

The intention was for players to vote to draw the attention from the higher authority towards this post. It isn't our decision indeed but it's the intention and the satisfaction of the players keeping the server up isn't it?
