Bug description: Bloodbath damage double-dipped mitigation
Proof: First of all bladestorm + bloodbath defines arms warr @blizz called "Bloodstorm" - best warr strikes
On freakz damage is double mitigated and also increased by pvp power, initial damage is reduced by armor and resil and increased by pvp power, dot is also reduced by resil and increased by pvp power and that's incorrect. Also should not count white damage only special abilities damage.

1st test: 52.02% pvp power dummy 0 armor 0 resil; i had 2 hits white and mastery so:

-damage= 44077 + 46003 = 90080
-bloodbath: 30% damage over 6 seconds (there are 7sec instead of 6 because was double hit and dmg stack duration)
-so: 90080 * 0.3 / 6 = 3860,57/s (correct damage!)
-adding pvp power: 90080 * 0.3 * 1.5202 / 6 = 6846,98/s (6845 screen damage)

2nd test: same pvp power dummy 20000 armor (~30.19% dmg reduction) 65% resil; i had 1 white hit

-damage: 9557
-bloodbath: 9557*0.3 / 6 = 477.85/s (correct damage!)
-adding all factors pvp power armor resil
-477.85 * 1.5202 = 726,43 - (726.43*0.65) = 254,2505 (~254 damage from screen)
-it looks like armor is ignored, this works fine

So in conclusion if damage is mitigated once dont need to be second time; same with pvp power - should be 30% special attacks damage over 6 sec
I've searched all over net but didn't find much about this issue. So if someone else find something else please poste here!

First of all it shouldnt proc from melee white hits, only melee special attacks. Second of all the bleed shouldnt be reduced by armor, i'm not sure that you state that this is wrong or not.

I'll look into it to find more proofs that this double dip shouldnt happen but basic mechanics approve

There is no double dip in Resil for this bleed. It works just fine for the melee special attacks.
Your calculations were made on a melee auto attack that shouldn't proc bloodbath's bleed and on those hits the formula might be wrong. I'll make another post about this bug that should be repaired asap.

It actually does double dip in PvP Power. Below you can see that I do 2345 dmg with Heroic Strike and 810 with Blood Bath.
2345*0.3=703.5
I have 15.95% PvP Power which should not be applied to the dot again, since it was taken in consideration when i did dmg with my Heroic Strike, but it does: 2345*0.3*1.1595=815.7, aprox the screen dmg.

I am certain that PvP Power is the cause of the higher damage and the bleed double dipping in it because, as you can see in my second print screen, with no PvP Power my bloodbath does a correct dmg.

To conclude: PVP Power is applied to the bleed even if it shouldn't since it was already applied to the special attack
