We could use an actual damage formula. If you go here https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=130552&&name=harsh-word and check "Glyph of Harsh Words" on the right side, you'll see that the base value for damage differs from the healing one (4259 vs 5538) so it's possible the spellpower coefficient is different as well.

M-am gandit intr-o zi de vara cum ar fi sa joc eu shokadin...si ideea e super doar ca glyph-ul care este baza damaga-ului si heal-ului nu exista...odata ce ai 1 2 3 holy power si folosesti word of glory...pentru ca da harsh word nu exista in spell book cu toate ca am glyph pur si simplu dispar holy power si nu are nimic ca si rezultat...

The damage formula/sp coefficient is the same , The "approximately equal" part means healing = damage before any modifiers are applied like https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=112859&&name=holy-insight

@thanator to fix this bug they need the damage formula for wog. They cant just add random dmg to a spell. So they need to figure how much damage wog would do with the harsh word glyph. If you want to help search for the damage formula.
