Details: (optional): I did naxx 10 and got the shoulder token from Loatheb. Right after I was done with that quarter I went to the Military One. I got DC. When I logged back later to turn the token in Dalaran I did not have the shoulder token in my inventory. I always take a screenshot of the items in moment i obtain them because I lost several items back in Cataclysm so now I Print Screen everything. Here is the screenshot:

Also tryed the restore the item from the website but it wasn't on the list.
