Details: i've got this mount from the rdf satchel, the one you get when you play a needed role. today i've deleted my char because i wanted to change race (from tauren to troll) and keep using the same name,
after that i noticed i don't have the mount anymore, mounts in mop are bind to account so i'm asking if i can have it back. ty

my new char have the same name and the mounts are supposed to be bind on account

Should still work even with the force rename, we don't offer refunds for it anyhow
