Nice ! dar formula este corecta
Combat Regen = Total Base Mana * 0.02 + (1.1287 * Spirit * Meditation)

Am uitat sa fac si la shaman 2% (down from 5%), shamanul inca are 5% mana regen (ceea ce e gresit), dupa urmatorul restart are si el 2% mana regen

So, since all healers basically get a -9.000 MP5 while casting, is there any "compensation" towards actually making MSV bosses do-able (referring to Gara'jal's spirits dealing 100k more dmg than they should and Nullification Barrier on Feng)?

Since basically the idea of Feng is now to soak all the shit tons of damage since the barrier doesn't work, which requires tons of mana, making every healer go out of mana in phase 2/3. And the main reason that people could nuke Gara'jal is because healers could spam their heals the whole time anyway.

I would like to see some consideration into the "making bosses more challenging" after such a fix.

MSV should still be duable if you have enough Ilvl ... people should now try to stick with the script rather then blind / whore dps-ing cuz " the healers got this " . It is true some bosses in MSV should be looked into.

Problem will be ( cannot confirm yet will do it tommorow) ToeS . I mean the protectors already required alot of mana for healing/dispelling and lei shy as well .

@Shocker Toes HC will not be accessible to a lot of people (maybe 80%) due to the recent fix . The gear level is to low for the 2% . Remember on 5.1 it still remained 5% . The nerf ( as I remember) came on 5.3 when gear values (from Throne of Thunder) were just to retarded and healing was not a problem at all.

Please stop talking from memories or "I think" and post actual blizz proof. Here is a video from 5.1 with a priest with 7k mana regen (6k base + 1k from spirit), which means 2% base regen

Si inca o chestie amuzanta ... ala spameaza smite si nu ramane fara mana (si nu ma refer la partea cand are mindbender scos), eu in 30 secunde deja am 70% mana pool left ( cu 7000 spirit ) folosind smite si holy fire

Put at min 15 you can see in encounter how it should work.
I did toes 25n and i was like in 2 min after only casting smite and holy fire I was out of mana. So Idk what is this fix
