Bug description: no work q, used prisoner and nothing

Removed duplicated cages (there were, in some cases, 2 overlaping ones).
Tested the quest, works fine by talking to the prisoners, BUT i've added a secondary fix for credit from opening the cages, just that this second one is player based (meaning the player that opens it, gets the credit, as for the first one is for all players in range of the prisoner).

Live at server restart!
